As the Manager, Corporate FP&A, you will play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making at the highest levels. You will be responsible for key financial planning and analysis functions, including:
- Corporate financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
- Board and investor reporting
- M&A support and integration planning
- Ad hoc analysis for private equity sponsors and executive leadership
- Tracking and interpreting key financial and operational KPIs
- Driving process improvements and automation
- Leading the implementation of a new forecasting/planning system
The ideal candidate for this Manager, Corporate FP&A will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA from a top-tier program strongly preferred)
- 4–5 years of progressive FP&A or related finance experience
- Strong background in corporate FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analysis
- Experience in investment banking, private equity, or top-tier management consulting is highly valued
- Advanced Excel modeling skills and familiarity with planning, dashboard, and analytics tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and drive value
