Billing Clerk POST NUMBER: 461798

• Prepare and process accurate client invoices, ensuring all billable hours and expenses are captured
• Input and code billing data correctly in financial systems
• Review invoices for errors and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain updated client billing records and respond to inquiries
• Track and follow up on overdue payments
• Assist with client documentation as required
• Identify and suggest improvements to billing processes and systems

• 2 years in a billing role OR an administrative role in the professional services industry is a must
• Basic Excel skills are required
• Very strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Must live within max 40-50 mins from the office
• Willingness to learn and strong attention to detail
• Billing experience in the legal industry is a strong plus
