• Data Engineering & ETL: Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and workflows. Work with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Power BI Development: Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key business metrics, trends, and insights.
• Data Modeling & Analysis: Design efficient data models, analyze datasets, and detect patterns to support strategic decision-making.
• Python Development: Leverage Python and PySpark for automating data processes, writing complex queries, and integrating systems.
• Collaboration: Work closely with IT, operations, finance, and business teams to ensure the smooth flow of data and maintain alignment with company objectives.
• Decision Support: Provide insights and actionable recommendations to improve operational performance, resource utilization, and business outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data engineering roles.
• Proficiency in Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and reports.
• Strong experience in SQL and data modeling.
• Solid knowledge of ETL processes and relational databases.
• Experience with Python and data processing tools (e.g., PySpark).
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• This is a hybrid role based in Montreal (with 2 days in-office).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams.
