• Prepare and review CAM reconciliations and ensure accurate CAM data management.
• Manage operating expenses, including coding accuracy, tracking, and reporting.
• Prepare budget?to?actual analyses and support ongoing property?level forecasting.
• Conduct revenue and expense analysis to support operational and financial decision?making.
• Partner with Asset Management and Property Management teams to gather information and ensure financial accuracy.
• Review lease?related financial data and maintain data integrity within Yardi.
• Support day?to?day property accounting activities with minimal oversight.
• Maintain organized documentation and ensure readiness for internal review or audit.

• 5–7 years of commercial real estate accounting experience.
• Strong CAM reconciliation expertise with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Yardi (financial modules).
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work autonomously, and comfort in a fast?paced environment.
