• Conduct and document SOX walkthroughs with business and finance process owners
• Review and validate process narratives and risk-control matrices
• Perform tests of design and operating effectiveness for key manual and automated controls
• Select testing samples, evaluate supporting evidence, and assess control precision
• Document testing results in clear, audit-ready workpapers
• Coordinate evidence requests and follow up with internal stakeholders
• Identify potential control gaps and assist with documentation and remediation tracking
• Prepare materials suitable for review by external auditors

• 4–7 years of experience in public accounting, internal audit, or SOX compliance
• Hands-on experience performing SOX walkthroughs and control testing
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO)
• Experience working with risk-control matrices and audit documentation standards
• Ability to independently execute testing and clearly document conclusions
