Job Description: Jr. Business Analyst (Contract)

Position Overview

We are seeking a high-energy Jr. Business Analyst to join our team as a strategic partner in driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Leadership: Lead all phases of the project life cycle, including defining business needs, establishing requirements, and managing project rollouts.

• Strategic Analysis: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within your assigned category, performing deep-dive research and data analysis to support decision-making.

• Performance Tracking: Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards for various projects, initiatives, and categories.

• Reporting & Metrics: Establish and report on key metrics to gauge the business value and impact of assigned projects.

• Business Strategy: Act as a strategic thought partner, identifying trends and developing actionable business strategies to optimize performance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and standardized reporting solutions.

• Project Roadmap: Foundational understanding of the project life cycle and the ability to manage multiple tasks from inception to rollout.

• Communication: Exceptional ability to serve as a subject matter expert and communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

In this role, success is defined by your ability to improve the velocity of project delivery while ensuring that all information systems solutions are standardized and scalable. You will be expected to bridge the gap between technical requirements and business needs, ensuring that every initiative provides measurable value.

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.
