Interim Accounting Manager (Contract)
Location: Moore, OK (Hybrid)

We are seeking a hands-on Interim Accounting Manager to support a growing organization during a critical transition period. This role will partner closely with the CFO to improve finance operations, stabilize the month-end close process, and support an upcoming NetSuite implementation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong accounting professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys digging into data, and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to improve processes and drive execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CFO on finance function improvements and process optimization
- Support the implementation and transition to NetSuite
- Manage general accounting activities and assist with audit readiness
- Perform heavy spreadsheet analysis and data reconciliation work
- Help stabilize and improve the month-end close process currently operating through Excel and QuickBooks
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical accounting process improvements
- Assist with ad hoc accounting and financial projects as needed
Qualifications
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including management-level responsibilities
- Strong general accounting background with hands-on operational accounting experience
- Experience working in environments with manual or Excel-based close processes
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities
- QuickBooks experience required
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, preferably NetSuite, is highly preferred
- Real estate industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt in a changing environment
Additional Details
- Hybrid schedule based in Moore, OK
- On-site required for approximately the first two weeks, then periodic onsite support as needed
- Immediate start preferred
- Contract assignment through October 2026
