Interim Accounting Manager (Contract)
Location: Moore, OK (Hybrid)
Duration: Through October 2026
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a hands-on Interim Accounting Manager to support a growing organization during a critical transition period. This role will partner closely with the CFO to improve finance operations, stabilize the month-end close process, and support an upcoming NetSuite implementation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong accounting professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys digging into data, and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to improve processes and drive execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the CFO on finance function improvements and process optimization
• Support the implementation and transition to NetSuite
• Manage general accounting activities and assist with audit readiness
• Perform heavy spreadsheet analysis and data reconciliation work
• Help stabilize and improve the month-end close process currently operating through Excel and QuickBooks
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical accounting process improvements
• Assist with ad hoc accounting and financial projects as needed

Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including management-level responsibilities
• Strong general accounting background with hands-on operational accounting experience
• Experience working in environments with manual or Excel-based close processes
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities
• QuickBooks experience required
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, preferably NetSuite, is highly preferred
• Real estate industry experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt in a changing environment

Additional Details

• Hybrid schedule based in Moore, OK
• On-site required for approximately the first two weeks, then periodic onsite support as needed
• Immediate start preferred
• Contract assignment through October 2026
