| Overnight Camp Teen Staff - Summer 2025 YMCA Camp Ernst is Greater Cincinnati's favorite overnight and day camp, providing memorable experience for campers age 6-15. Join our team this summer where you can make a positive impact, create lasting friendships and memories. and gain skills that translate to any future career! Camp teen staff work as a team with the other staff in leading the camp programs for campers to help them have a successful camp week. Teen staff assist in leading & supervising campers through all camp activities, building positive relationships with campers and families, assisting in teaching or leading activities as assigned, ensuring the safety of campers, and enforcing and following all camp rules and policies. Teen staff positions are for individuals ages 16-17 only Weekly stipend ranges from $180-$250. Partial and full summer positions available May-August. For more information, visit the camp website.
