As a Kids Club Team Member, you’ll create a clean, safe, and nurturing environment where children thrive through play, care, and connection. Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome every child with warmth and attentiveness, creating a space where they feel safe and valued
  • Build meaningful, trusting relationships with children, families, and your team
  • Lead engaging, age-appropriate activities that spark creativity, fun, and learning
  • Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the Kids Club environment
  • Model the YMCA values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility in all you do
  • Support your team with flexibility, positivity, and a heart for service Whether you're entertaining energetic toddlers, or helping school-age kids feel right at home, you'll be a vital part of creating a joyful, purposeful experience for every child who walks through our doors
Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years and older, energetic, responsible and enjoy working with children.
  • Possess current CPR/First Aid certification.
  • A minimum of 6 months experience working with children is helpful.
  • Requires alertness, attention to detail, concentration and the ability to multi-task.
